Note for USA and other international shipping: Shipping refunds can be asked for orders over $50 (before shipping). Up to $20 can be refunded on shipping. Refunds will be made only through PayPal. Note for international shipping (excluding the USA): packages will be shipped Surface mail (which means 4 to 12 weeks) unless requested otherwise.
