Conan the Barbarian Movie Special

 CTBS   (Marvel, 1982)

and 1982 Conan Properties, Inc.

As a child, Conan watched helplessly as his parents and all the adults of his tribe were brutally slaughtered. He and the other children were taken captive and spent years at hard labor. Many of the other children died from their harsh treatment, but Conan, fueled by thoughts of revenge, grew strong and thrived. Eventually, he was sold again and trained as a pit-fighter. He excelled, becoming even stronger as he mastered the art of personal combat. His skills enabled him to overcome his masters and escape to freedom. Dubbed a barbarian by the vicious raiders who had held him in captivity, Conan now wanders the world seeking those responsible for the death of his tribe. With the help of Subotai, a thief and master archer, and the beautiful warrior Valeria, Conan must match his sword against the zealous followers of the snake-god Set.

This special adapts the movie starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, James Earl Jones, and Sandahl Bergman.
