Taking place in New Orleans in a comic book ironically issued at the time of the devastating Hurricane Katrina, but fortunately, the real residents of “Nawlins” didn’t have to contend with the additional problem of flying vampires and other ghouls taking over the city. The plague of the vampires originated in a back story about Mardi Gras of three years ago that there would eventually be an uprising of the undead, because of their shabby treatment at that time. Now it is up to the local citizens to take action or be taken away.
