Impact Comics was a line of DC comics published in the early nineties based on various Archie Comics super-heroes from the forties, fifties, and sixties. The three issues of this “Who’s Who” introduce readers to the Impact’s new universe of heroes, villains, and supporting characters. Like the new Who’s Who in the DC Universe, this series was a collection of three-ring-binder pages detailing the characters’ backgrounds, first appearances, powers, and more. It’s a useful reference for anyone wanting to get the “inside scoop” on the Impact universe.
