Located in Vancouver, BC - I'm just a collector with a few thousand comics built up in almost 25 years of collecting. But, I now need to thin down the collection a bit to keep the Mrs happy (and to make room for new comics sshh).
I'm obviously not a professional grader, but have done my best to give it a go. I used the Overstreet grading guide as the backbone, coupled with reviewing the CGC comics I have which cover almost every grade. I originally used the "VF/NM" grouping thing, but have now separated all books into VF, VF+, VF/NM, NM-, NM, etc, so you should know pretty closely what you're getting. I was hesitant to use NM+ at this point, because I don't want people to be upset if a book comes back 9.4 instead of 9.6. I may try doing that going forward only if a book a clearly 9.6 or better. I can definitely provide high-res pictures of any comic in question.
