I also package the books before shipping with the same procedures CCG recommends. If the book you order has been mistakenly added to my inventory, or has not been pulled from my inventory and unavailable, in most cases I will not charge you for that book, and replace it with a similar book FREE of charge if you so desire. I believe in customer satisfaction and repeat business first and foremost.
