I'm using the Grading Guidelines from the site as best I can, and when in doubt, I grade down, not up. All comics still get individually re-evaluated before being shipped. If there are any issues with the shipping or the comics themselves, please let me know directly and I'll do my best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. For refunds due to damage, please take pictures for orders $20 or more - the USPS does require proof for reimbursement when the order is insured.
