Roy Harper, Green Arrow’s former sidekick Speedy, made comic book history in the 1970’s when he was exposed as a drug addict. Although he recovered, Roy fought his reputation as a screw-up even as a core member of the Titans, and his life continued to be filled with trauma, including a questionable liaison with the international terrorist/assassin, Cheshire, and the birth of their daughter, Lian. When Roy finally began to turn his personal life around, he reinvented his crime-fighting persona in the process. As Arsenal, his knowledge, skills, and weaponry are more advanced and versatile than ever before. Finally, things are starting to look up…
