Lynch Mob

The year is 2048 and the Earth is in ruins. The words “hero” and “villain” are archaic terms from a time long-forgotten. When Ameri-corp, a multinational organization that purchased what was once America, needs to protect their “interests,” they call on the Lynch Mob, a team of mechanically and genetically augmented parahumans.

When an organism of pure electrical energy created by Ameri-corp escapes and assumes control of the world’s computer net, the Mob is called on to retrieve it. But when the organism decides it must either destroy the already-ruined world or return the world to a simpler time, the Lynch Mob discovers they have to prevent both Armageddon and the unraveling of the time stream.

With the debut of over 50 original superpowered characters, this four-issue mini-series was a pivotal event in the Chaos! universe.
