Spandex Tights
(Lost Cause, 1994-1995)

They’re Spanderfic! They’re Spantastic! They’re Flex-Woman and Spandex-Girl, the aerobic duo determined to put an end to evil super-villains, bad sportsmanship, and flabby thighs.
When the Masked Majorette invades her television studio, Debbie Hall, the spunky aerobics coach of television show Wake Up America, springs to action and turns into the aerobic champion of the oppressed. She’s soon joined by her aerobics partner, Spandex-Girl, and together they take on enemies such as the Couch Potato, a former Olympic gold medallist in channel-surfing gone flabby. What they may lack in brain power is made up by their behind-the-scenes friends and admirers, such as the always-overlooked Frank (who had his fifteen minutes of fame when he won a chess championship), and the brilliant pet chipmunk Professor Heflin.
