As an X-Man, pitting your life against evil madmen to protect a society that fears and despises you isn’t a dream life, but if you are the mutant Southern belle known only as Rogue, it’s a lonely life as well. “Gifted” with the ability to steal another person’s memories, energy, and powers by contact with her skin, Rogue is the consummate outsider, never feeling the touch of another.

Rogue’s curse has filled her life with regret: the robbing of Ms. Marvel’s powers, the inability to hold Gambit, the man she loves. Even her first kiss ended in tragedy, with her sweetheart, Cody, being placed into a permanent coma after touching her lips.

A love from Gambit’s past has now stolen Cody’s body to settle a score with the Thieves Guild in New Orleans. Rogue’s shot at redemption has arrived, and sugah, she isn’t going to waste it.
