Adam, a young Hispanic man, grew up in a rough life and dedicated himself to ridding the city of drug pushers and hoodlums. He is helped by a group of loyal specialists who share his vision and ideals, and also supply him with a base of operations and communication equipment. An expert in karate and marksmanship, he dons his blue makeup and black uniform to bring justice to the streets.

Ron Fortier envisioned a character, who is part Batman, Lone Ranger, Sherlock Holmes, Bruce Lee, Buck Rogers, and the Shadow, all rolled into one. Gary Kato’s pencils bring those traits to life in this mini-series.
