Strange visions of faerie creatures, seizures, talking dogs, birds that seem to be stalking her… and a strange old man dressed in the skins of his dogs… It’s all a bit much for poor Rosa to deal with! Running away seemed to be the answer, at least for awhile. But the annoying thing about Destiny, is that it always has a way of catching up to you.

Hiding didn’t work, and now that Rosa has to face her problems, she doesn’t really know what to do or who to trust. And despite her strange affinity with and ability to talk to the animals, they’re not all on her side… and by the time she figures out who’s working with the Dog Man, it’ll be too late.
