Colonel Doctor Anthony Crespi has been sent to space station Innominata to investigate the strange goings–on there. Innominata’s research program, headed by the eccentric Doctor Church, was officially geared toward studying spaceborne viruses; but as Crespi soon discovers, Church’s true mission was the study of Aliens: huge, parasitic killers from another world.

Church had been conducting a strange set of experiments to learn to control the Aliens. During the course of his research, dozens of Innominata’s crew had disappeared, including Church’s former research partner. Church, of course, claims to know nothing about the disappearances.

Soon after Crespi comes on board, an Alien, being used as a test subject, mysteriously gets loose and kills a luckless crew member. And when Crespi investigates, he learns that the death was no accident…
