Total Justice

™ and ©1996 DC Comics

Timothy Drake (Robin) has accompanied his father to check out a piece of island real estate on which he has been offered a good deal. Part of the reason for the island’s depressed value may well be the strange, superhuman beings which seem to protect it, destroying the yacht that Tim and his father were sailing on, and stranding them on the island.

A distress signal went out to the Justice League, and help was soon on the way. It was then that the island’s other little surprise became evident: it was the source of a powerful nullification field which robbed super-heroes of their powers!

This three-issue mini-series is based on a line of super-hero action figures from Kenner. Nevertheless, it’s an enjoyable story, thanks to the efforts of writer Christopher Priest and penciler Ramon Bernado.
