Jinx returns to Japan only to discover an old message from her former Samurai lover, Budo. She and four members of the G.I. Joe special operations forces must join forces to stop a plot to overthrow the Japanese government. Can they stop hundreds of trained warriors and the Cobra operative, Armada? (Spoiler Alert: Of course, they can. Otherwise this would have been a mini-series or long running title and not a very well crafted one-shot issue.)

Rob Rodi and Tim Seeley have put together a good tale involving some of the lesser known Joes and gives the reader a feel for the sort of work and action they do.
