As ex-special forces vet Andrea Dour fights and climbs her way to the evil laboratory where answers lie, writer Alex Lei lays the exposition on thick, but artist Walter Geovani’s work remains strong throughout. With quality art and dialogue slightly above the norm for bad-girl comics, Andrea-D still makes about the same impression, which is to say, not much. It doesn’t stick in the reader’s head, lacking any idiosyncratic character in its tale of kidnapped pregnant women. A quality collection of ass-shots and ass-kickings still needs a singular voice.
