Issues #2–3 do not exist.

Nutty Comics was just another in a long line of undistinguished Harvey humor comics featuring funny animals. A bonafide “star” eventually emerged in the form of Rags Rabbit and this title was eventually renamed after him to reflect this change. Rags himself underwent a metamorphosis to fall in line with the later Harvey-style and so in effect became a pseudo-Harvey World character. Rags also starred in Harvey Hits #2 and has appeared on occasion as a back-up feature in various Harvey titles ever since.
