That’s the world in a nutshell after Marvel’s House of M miniseries. Now the X-Men themselves are seeing ghosts of old friends and foes. Are they figments of their imagination, or dangerously real?
This miniseries promises and presents a rebirth, of sorts, for the primary X-Men team—the first issue’s cover, and perhaps the mystery, are inspired by Giant-Size X-Men #1. In any event, it offers more of what has made Marvel’s mutants so popular for years. Once again the world needs saving from a powerful foe, and Cyclops, Wolverine, and the rest of the team is there. The talented team of Ed Brubaker and Trevor Hairsine collaborate on the six-issue adventure.
