After last series’ “Terrible Master Urd” storyline, Heaven’s Yggdrasil computer system shut down. Skuld, Belldandy, and Urd get their mystic power reserves from this computer. Without backup power, their body functions go nuts. Belldandy sleeps for days, unless she miniaturizes. Skuld grows older, unless she gorges on ice cream. Urd grows younger, if she doesn’t drown herself in drink. These quick fixes are only temporary. Keiichi needs to find a more permanent solution until the computer goes back online.

And what of Mara? Mao Za Haxon zapped her to oblivion in the last series, or did she? What new troubles will Mara bring with her this time?
