Atomic City home to the strangest group of superbeings you’ll ever see. Created by Jay Stephens, this occasionally published title combines the oddball characters found in titles like Madman with the surrealism of Mister X. The villains of this series, for instance, include Skinman, whose face is a patchwork of skin colors; the cyberpunkish Z-Girl; and the multi-eyed Fanatic Man. They don’t fight the good guys so much as they “out-weird” them.
