Deathmark

    (Lightning, 1994)
™ and © Joseph A. Zyskowski and Steven V. Zyskowski

Michael Dillon is a highly trained, and extremely lethal, covert agent for the United States government. Trained in numerous varieties of traditional and street combat, he routinely uses death-row convicts as punching bags in his intense workout sessions. Luckily, Michael enjoys his job. Of course, it wouldn’t matter if he didn’t, thanks to a remote-control bomb implanted beneath his skull by his caring employers.

Continuing a confrontation begun in War Party #1, which also featured the first appearance of Deathmark, this issue provides some background information on Roger Sullivan, aka War Party himself. The showdown between these two deadly combatants was scheduled to appear in yet another comic, War Party vs. Deathmark #1.

The comic included a “free” offer to get the book autographed, but was only available to readers who bought at least two copies of the issue.
