The ocean is full of mysteries and dangers, and undersea explorer Carter Primus, with his vessel Inca and his loyal crew, means to spend his life investigating them. But there are just as many dangers above the ocean surface, in the form of crooked ship captains determined to kill endangered whales, and other evil men interested only in harvesting the sea’s vast treasures for their own personal gain. Fortunately the oceans have a friend in the form of the dashing, heroic Primus, who will not only employ his wits and resources to stop such men, but will likely come out of it with a beautiful woman on his arm.

Based on a popular television series starring Robert Brown as Carter Primus, the full-color series features artwork by Joe Staton.
