When a horrifying demon rears its head and announces its intention to become ruler of all the kingdoms, four threatened cities send forth their best warriors to join forces against the monster. The swordsman Arthon, Alegra the Amazon, Elvore the fighting elf, and Ricotto the mighty Centaur band together to become the Bladesmen. Relying on their individual talents and collective teamwork they carve a swath of justice and nobility through their often savage and magical world. This sword-and-sorcery comic is notable for early work from artist Steven Hughes (Lady Death).
