The X-Presidents save the country and the world as they battle “Earthling and interplanetary foes alike.”

Begins with the origin of the X-Presidents and leads into their battles against the United Villains for the Overthrow of America, which counts among their membership Fidel Castro, Imelda Marcos, Saddam Hussein, Usama Bin Laden and others.
