Captain Nathan Bridger commands the SeaQuest, a futuristic submarine which he also had a hand in designing. He and his crew patrol the seas in the year 2018 carrying out a variety of scientific missions and battling all manner of strange menaces. But while the world of the near future carries great danger, it also gives man some new allies. New technology has allowed man to bridge the communication gap between humans and dolphins, allowing them to work together as friends.

This comic is derived from the TV adventure series starring Roy Scheider as Captain Bridger.
