Looking at the comic renderings of James Kochalka, I burst out laughing before I even read Monica’s Story. What Kochalka and writer Jon Lewis have done is taken the information released in The Starr Report about President Clinton’s sex scandal with Monica Lewinsky, and presented it in comic book form resembling a cross between Hello Kitty and Calvin and Hobbes. The results are priceless! As the introduction says, “Had one of the founding fathers been able to draw, the Constitution of the United States would have been released as a comic book.”
