Doctor Chaos is, “Supreme diviner of all events…strategist unparalleled…shaper of destiny…the seer, the shaper, the molder, the stirrer of the cosmic pot stew.” Like DC’s Sandman, Doctor Chaos lives in the portion of the universe where immortals walk incarnate. Death, Faith, War, Sex…all of these have gathered at Chaos’ palace for dinner parties.

And, like all gods, these seem to enjoy playing tricks on each other and vying for power. This is especially the case between Chaos and Death. As this series begins, Death has just scored a victory, damaging Chaos’ thousand year plan. But Chaos, ever the gamer, is more than prepared to up the ante.
