Jezebel Jade

Jezebel Jade is a femme fatale who made her debut in the early Jonny Quest animated cartoons. When Comico acquired the rights to publish Johnny Quest comics, one of the first things they did was hire William Messner-Loebs and Adam Kubert to write and draw a Jezebel Jade three-issue mini-series.

The series is set in the past, before Race Bannon had signed on as a bodyguard on the island. At this time, Bannon was an operative for a little-known government agency. He was sent out on assignment to find one Professor Clark, who may have created a cure for aging. Along the way, he meets Jezebel Jade, a more-than-worthy adversary who, by circumstance, becomes allied with Bannon. Together, they attempt to rescue Professor Clark from the evil Dr. Napoleon Zin.
