The Couch

    (Stompin’, 1998)
™ and © Stompin’ Comics

A blood-soaked, abandoned couch. Food scraps, dirt, mucous, hair, boogers, skin flakes, bodily fluids… all the nasty little things found embedded deep within old and battered upholstery. Somehow, some way, all these things fuse with the blood and, miraculously, Life begins to form and seek its place in the world.

But the innocent sperm-like creature that emerges from the couch is haunted by the tragic memories of a murdered man and the image of a beautiful woman. He/she/it senses that the woman is still in danger, and vows to protect her and solve the murder of the man whose blood helped give him/her/it life.
