Gargoyles

Based on a popular animated TV series, this story is about a group of gargoyle-like creatures who may be the last of their kind. Led by Goliath, they have adopted New York City as their new home. Having been befriended by police detective Elisa Maza, the gargoyles prowl the night skies, protecting the city’s innocents from evildoers.

But not all the gargoyles are content to remain hidden in the shadows. The unscrupulous Demona spurns Goliath’s leadership, seeking her own power and glory. After allying herself with an Asian criminal organization, she goes from being an annoyance to a serious threat…for both gargoyles and mankind.
