This campy commentary on early seventies events and culture imagines a U.S. with a teenage president elected, as a result of lowering the voting age to 18, in 1971. Evil anti-environmental businessman, Mr. Smiley, sees in the youth vote a change to sponsor and influence a malleable young candidate. He quickly finds Prez who wins a place in the U.S. Senate together with several other young youth-elected senators. In short time, the senators lower the required age of the president from 35 to 18. Prez, running on the new Flower Party ticket, sweeps the youth vote and becomes the first teenage president.

By this time, Prez, through the help of American Indian chief, Eagle Free, has seen through Mr. Smiley’s machinations. He sets up a young, multi-cultural cabinet and sets about making historic achievements during his time in office. Mr. Smiley is no longer smiling though, and Prez faces more challenges than simple inexperience…
