Jeff Magnus was a normal man with a wife and child, until he was asked to defend the world against the evil corporate entity known as the Nexus Combine. He had to leave his wife and child behind, and was replaced in their memories and lives by another man, all in order to become Wyrd 69, the reluctant mystic warrior.

With his gremlin sidekick D’ginn, visible only to Wyrd, he must confront the Chairman of the Nexus Combine, free the enslaved souls within the Spiritual Containment Unit, and stop the Combine’s mad march to capitalist riches before it is too late.

This six-issue mini-series is illustrated and written, tongue in cheek, by Jim Starlin.
