Origin of Galactus

    (Marvel, 1996)
™ and ©1983, 1995 Marvel Characters, Inc.

The last remaining being from the previous universe, Galan of the planet Taa survived the death of everyone and everything when he merged with the living sentience of the dying universe. After aeons of gestation a hybrid form emerged from the cubical incubator, and for better or worse, Galactus was born. This issue contains a gallery of nine full page visions of Galactus by artists as talented and diverse as Moebius and Alex Ross.

The origin of the world-eating force of nature that is Galactus, first published in Super-Villain Classics in 1983, is reprinted in this archival issue from 1996.
