When G.I. Joe stormed onto toy shelves, afternoon television, and comic racks in the mid 1980s, Snake Eyes, the ninja clad head-to-toe in black quickly emerged as the most popular character of the franchise. Fans must have been intrigued by the mysterious masked man who never spoke. Even in flashbacks set before the accident that would damage his face and vocal chords, the man was silent. With this miniseries, fans finally get a chance to hear Snake Eyes speak as the folks at Devil’s Due present an account of his life before G.I. Joe.
