G.I. Joe in 3-D

    (Blackthorne, 1987-1988)
™ and ©1988 Hasbro, Inc.

Stars of the Marvel Comics series from 1982 until 1994, the G.I. Joes were a military-based team of pseudo-super-heroes. Each member of the G.I. Joe team has his or her specialty and employs it in an effort to bring down the notorious cadre of super-villains known as COBRA, an organization bent on world domination. The Joes were also a popular toy line in the 1980s and featured in their own animated series.

This comics series from Blackthorne Publishing gives readers the opportunity to appreciate the G.I. Joe team in glorious 3-D. There’s not much here to distinguish the series from Marvel’s endeavors other than the 3-D processing.
