Joseph Michael Linsner’s famous creation of a goddess of life takes an interesting twist. Dawn wants to close Earth to any outside influences, including those who dwell in Heaven and Hell—and her one true worshiper has made an interesting discovery.

Begun with the 1989 anthology Cry for Dawn, Linsner originally collaborated with Joseph M. Monks to create “a goddess of birth and rebirth” combining “pinup art, with deep heart and soul.” Eventually he moved to Sirius Entertainment, taking the Dawn character with him. Dawn zips in and out of Heaven, Hell, New York, and everywhere in-between working with God, Lucifer, Death and various other entities as a messenger, observer, or sometimes a catalyst for others. Beautiful art is mixed with various levels of philosophy and theology in this award-winning series.
