Elaine Lee (Vamps) and Michael Kaluta brought us this ambitious tale of mystery, love, and cybernetics. It followed bartender and ex-rebel Harry Palmer as he searched the underworld of the future for a certain lost property: a pleasure droid named Erotica Ann. Ann was more than machinery: she was Palmer’s companion, and a link to his past. She was missing, and Palmer would follow any lead—human or robotic—to find her.

Epic Comics released the first issue of Starstruck in February of 1985. However, this was not the first time that Starstruck was introduced to the public. Over the years, it went from a stage play, to a graphic novel, to this comic book series.
