Earth has become a sewer. Most plant life has died, the atmosphere has become a poisonous bacterial soup, and people cannot walk out of doors without wearing oxygen masks. The population is restive and crime has grown rampant. Who is there to restore order? The Tank Police.

The Tank Police’s orders are to capture the Super Criminal Buaku and his gang, which includes the sensual cat sisters Annapuma and Unipuma. Breaking into one of Buaku’s hideouts, Leona and her pilot Al discover Project Greenpeace and Crolis. A biogenetic experiment to cleanse the air, Crolis is a walking air filter—part human and part plant. Buaku will stop at nothing to get Crolis back to fulfill his ingenious plan. Can the Tank Police stop him?
