Inovators (sic) is one of the first titles from Manchester, Connecticut’s Dark Moon Productions. It’s the story of an ages-old battle between the primal forces of Good and Evil, a battle which has recently taken a critical turn. The force of Good is called Yang-Ki, and is contained in an energy sphere guarded by an old man named Lao Shan. There is a corresponding force of Evil, served by the dread guardian Balac-Soon and his minions.

The evil orb seemed full of vitality, and had caused most of man’s suffering on this planet. At the same time, Lao Shan had grown old and tired and was on the verge of admitting defeat. Then, two teens found themselves attracted to Lao Shan’s shop, where they found the orb, Yang-Ki, and were transformed by it. The teens’ bodies were left behind, and their souls became the first of the Inovators, new warriors in the battle against evil.
