Though not considered a suspect by the police, Russell has yet to be exonerated in the eyes of his dead wife’s family. As he tries to put his life back together, he suddenly finds himself caught in a web of passion, lies, and murder wondering whom he can really trust. Fans of crime whodunits with dark overtones and strong characterization such as Jinx and 100 Bullets will enjoy Lapham’s tale of obsession and betrayal.
