Mephisto has crossed over from the Marvel Universe into the Top Cow Universe to…what else?…wreak havoc and make it his own. Here, in Chapter Eight of the “Devil’s Reign” crossover, the Silver Surfer, the legendary waverider of the spaceways, hooks up with the kids of Weapon Zero to keep Mephisto from achieving his evil ends.
