The Terminator (4th Series)

Following the one-shot The Terminator (3rd Series) special, Dark Horse immediately segued into this new, fourth Terminator series. The action follows the two new Terminators as they chase down a man named Killerman. Killerman had narrowly escaped the Terminators when they destroyed his group of Satanists while on their mission to extract information about the whereabouts of young John Connor. The Terminator’s plan is to murder the still-young Connor, thus preventing the eventual human victory in the man-machine war to follow.

Although there had not been a Terminator movie for years prior to this series’ 1998 release, the Terminator’s original concept proved a rich basis for new story ideas. This fourth “The Terminator” series is merely the latest in a long line of comic titles, movie adaptations, and spinoffs.
