Seeker 3000 Premiere

This one-shot reprints the 18-page Seeker 3000 story which debuted in Marvel Premiere # 41 back in 1978. The story chronicles the adventures of captain Jordan Shaw, who along with his courageous crew on board the Seeker attempt to save the Earth from the evil intentions of Jason and the Six. When the sun goes nova and Earth is destroyed, Captain Shaw and his crew are the only survivors. Now they must embark on a journey of intergalactic exploration and adventure. The original story was left opened ended, and it wasn’t until twenty years later that Marvel decided to do an updated version of Seeker 3000 as a four issue mini-series. Marvel offered up this reprint to whet readers’ appetites and give them a little background on the characters.
