They Call Me Pusspuss

    (Knockabout, 1994)
™ and ©1994 Hunt Emerson

Reminiscent of the underground comics of the 1960s and 1970s, They Call Me PussPuss unleashes another cartoon cat on the world. Forget it, Felix. Get lost, Garfield. Hightail it outta here, Heathcliff, PussPuss is “tough, ruthless, [and] thoroughly unpleasant.” There are virtually no redeeming qualities to this lump of a cat who pursues sex and food in a series of one- and two-page black-and-white gags. Funny, if totally irreverent, stuff from writer/artist Hunt Emerson.
