Biker Mice from Mars

Vinnie, Mondo and Throttle are three, hard-riding, trash-talking mamajammers from Mars. In addition to that, they’re mice. When their space cruiser is fired on by the Plutarkians they become stranded on Earth with only their motorcycles and attitude to sustain them. Events progress quickly however when they run across a lackey of Lawrence Limburger, who has the same fate in mind for Chicago that his Plutarkian race rendered upon Mars.

The Biker Mice From Mars comic was companion tie-in to the Saturday morning animated series that ran from 1993 through 1995. The comic was written by Biker Mice creator, Rick Ungar, who was a producer at Marvel Productions, the company that produced the television show. Although the anthropomorphic fad had peaked by 1993, comparisons can be made to the successful Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles from the previous decade.
