Sure, the Bundy’s are losers now: Peggy is a shrewish wife; Al is an idiotic failure of a shoe-salesman husband; their son Bud is as popular with women as the Elephant Man; and their daughter Kelly is as brainless as she is easy. But was it always this way? Wasn’t there a point in the past where there was some hope for this motley clan?

This title attempts to answers that question. It follows the Bundys through the important points in their past: Al and Peggy’s first date, their wedding, the birth of their first child…Those were more innocent times, times where the world seemed wide open to them, a time when Al still had all his hair…a time before they were Married…With Children.

Married…With Children: Flashback Special is a comical look backwards, giving readers a chance to observe the fall of Bundy civilization.
