Terroress
(Helpless Anger, 1990)
™ and © 1990 K.L. and Tom Roberts
A lone woman armed with automatic weapons casually enters a shopping mall and begins a killing spree, cutting down over 40 men, women and children. When the police arrive, she surrenders and is taken into custody.
The wheels of capitalism shift into high gear—between exposure from the media and manipulations from her lawyer, the Terroress becomes a household name. Big money offers come to her from book publishers and movie producers. Everyone around her, including the guards, is getting rich. The Terroress, however, is only getting more disgusted and confused than she was before she took to the gun.
The folks at Helpless Anger Productions have published a handful of short-lived titles featuring satirical works illuminating the darker aspects of reality such as domestic violence and depression. This title exposes the nature of capitalism, illustrating the course of opportunists who exploit both the weak and strong and who seek profit anywhere and everywhere—even from acts of terrorism.
