Disney once again proves itself to be the class act of the kids’ comics business with Chip ‘n’ Dale Rescue Rangers. Yes, it’s actually true! You can have an action series for kids without subjecting them to insipid storylines and lifeless characters. Through the miracle of Disney magic, this series somehow manages to keep the action moving while keeping the whole thing G-rated.

In Rescue Rangers, Chip & Dale are joined by their friends Monty, Gadget, and Zipper, the firefly. Together they take on villains such as the Sky Punks (a group of Mohawk-wearing ravens) and a gang of Mafiosi cats. It’s all great fun in the Disney tradition.
