Series continued from UFO Flying Saucers #13

After a six-month hiatus, Gold Key’s UFO Flying Saucers returned in mid-1978 as UFO & Outer Space. Early issues reprinted the Gold Key series, right down to the covers. Beginning with issue #17, however, they brought out new stories of close encounters with aliens and other strange phenomena. This lasted until issue #25 in 1980, a reprint issue which also marked the end of the series. By that time, America’s obsession with UFO-related phenomena had calmed from its mid-seventies peak.
